Neeti looks forward to attending the Colorado Women’s Bar Association’s (CWBA) Convention each year. In June of this year she was pleased to contribute to the quality programming put on by the CWBA via panel participation with Mark Leonard (Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck) and Hon. Robbie Barr (Retired Judge, JAG),on the topic of witness interviews.

The unique areas of practice each of the panelists brought to the panel afforded the attendees unique perspectives on differing approaches for witness interviews. Neeti focused her presentation on building rapport in order to elicit information—as this is central to her success as an employment law investigator.

In addition to serving on the panel, Neeti spearheaded and sponsored an early morning fitness class, bringing an instructor from her YMCA to lead Will Power and Grace, a formatted fusion of postures and drills. Neeti's creation of this unique event, which was the first time a fitness class had been held at a CWBA Convention, reflects her philosophy that health and well-being are integral to professional success.
