Family Law

Prior to launching her own firm in 2008, Neeti was employed with DiManna & Jackson LLP for over ten years, serving as the firms first and only additional partner for the last four of those years. Her practice has emphasized family law in the state courts throughout Colorado since her employment with DiManna & Jackson in 1997.

Neeti developed her own practice while working with DiManna & Jackson and also assisted her former partner, Michael F. DiManna, with complex family law litigation matters. In addition to her 15 years of Family Law practice, Neeti’s prior experience as a municipal public defender and her experience practicing Employment Law litigation (EEOC and discrimination) in the administrative, state, and federal courts provide her with the insight necessary to assist parties in assessing strengths and weaknesses of a case in service to settlement.

Neeti honed her mediation skills through intensive training and workshops with Conflict Dispute Resolution, Inc. She is an active member of the Family Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association, most recently volunteering as a mentor to law students through the section’s mentorship program. Employment Law

Neeti's practice has emphasized employment litigation in the state, federal and administrative courts of Colorado since her employment with DiManna & Jackson LLP in 1997.

Neeti actively co-counseled employment litigation matters involving the ADA, ADEA, CADA, and Title VII, including co-chairing a 3-1/2 week jury trial which went to verdict. She has also conducted dozens of employment investigations and provided consultation in similar areas of law.

Neeti’s experience in providing employment investigation services positions her ideally for conducting employment mediations, investigations, analysis, and rendering opinions in the areas of Title VII (including sexual harassment), ADEA, ADA, CADA, and other EEO matters. This experience includes investigation services for a local quasi-governmental agency, a federal governmental agency, several Colorado hospital and medical clinics, as well as local, regional, and international private companies.

In addition to her 10+ years of practice in the area of employment law, Neeti’s experience as a former municipal public defender and her experience practicing Family Law litigation provide her with the insight necessary to assist parties in assessing strengths and weaknesses of a case in service to settlement when conducting mediations. Additionally, her experience provides her with the real-world perspective necessary to assess witness credibility required for thorough fact finding when conducting investigations.
